Warning!
Have you ever known someone whom, for whatever reason you are drawn to them? Well I have this person who is in my life, way less now than before but after taking some time apart, I no longer see this person as all I thought they were. I had mentally (is there really any other way) put this person up on a pedestal. I went to this person for guidance and advice, and they always has lots of it to give out. Well upon stepping back, I have noticed that this person knows most of what they know in a book sense, not in an applied sense, AND the biggest part of all, this person touts all of this knowledge to many around them, and people are in awe of the knowledge, and the wowness of it all, but in reality, this person is a website, just information, tons and tons of it. Almost every bit of it unapplied, unused, and worst of all the appearance is made for the world around, as if this person ACTUALLY does and says all that they tout, and unfortunately it makes those around feel less able, less capable, and not living up to the standard. All of this in a world that where we are all desperately needing to do the right thing, struggling to be perfect, we have someone who could do such good, but instead they choose to deceive and mislead, not outright lie, just exaggerate the truth so much as to make someone who has not figured it out, feel unable! What a shame!
